Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • OpenRouter / OpenAI — AI language model processing
  • RevenueCat — in-app purchase and subscription management
  • Vercel — application hosting

6. AI Conversations

Conversations with the AI assistant are processed through third-party AI providers (OpenAI / OpenRouter) to generate responses. Conversation history is stored in your account and used solely to provide context for future interactions. You can delete your data at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your personal data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Avera AI offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription at $5.99/month (29.99 RON/month in Romania). Subscriptions are billed monthly through In-App Purchase via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), managed by RevenueCat. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through your app store subscription management. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

9. Children's Privacy

Avera AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
